Absolutely! In addition to H1 and H2 level questions, our tutors also answer H3 questions. Some of our tutors even have experience training their students for Olympiad competitions, so of course they are more than qualified to answer H3 questions. |

Who is on your tutor panel? |
| |
The tutors on our panel are specialist teachers in their subjects. All are NIE-trained current/past teachers. We have teachers from leading primary schools, secondary schools and junior colleges (HCI, VJC and NJC, just to name a few); and all our teachers are university graduates. We have a PhD holder, a first-class honours graduate, and some experienced senior adjunct teachers, amongst others. Most of these teachers themselves came from top junior colleges, primary and secondary schools. All have had considerable years of experience teaching in Singapore schools. Our selection process is very rigorous. |

How much do you charge for questions? |
| |
For all Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Economics and General Paper questions, we apply a flat rate of S$2 for an easy question, and S$4 for a difficult question.
For Economics and General Paper essays, however, we apply a flat rate of S$8 per essay if you wish our tutors to mark your essay scripts and give detailed critiques of your work. However, asking for an essay outline (for e.g., an Economics or General Paper essay outline) only counts as a difficult question, and hence would warrant a S$4 charge.
So this means that, depending on the level of difficulty and time required for the question, we only charge you flat rates of S$2, S$4, or S$8 per question.

When a tutor decides to answer a posted question, he/she will decide whether it is an easy or difficult question and charge the flat fees mentioned in point 5. Credits will be deducted from the student’s account accordingly.

Can I just pay the tutors to write essays wholesale for me? |
| |
No. This would be an abuse of Our Ask-A-Tutor 24/7 System. Originality is the hallmark of modern education, and we at iDiscipulus firmly subscribe to this philosophy. Our Ask-A-Tutor 24/7 system’s objective is to promote actual, effective learning, and if our tutors were to write essays verbatim for students, students would never learn.
What our tutors can do, however, is give detailed suggestions for essay outlines, as well as mark your essay scripts and give in-depth critiques on them.

Can I just pose questions without trying them out first? |

Our tutors do not intend for you to copy their answers blindly without understanding the concepts. Hence, you should at least make an attempt to try out the questions first. Even if you have no idea how to answer them, try to make an educated guess. After all, you’re here to learn. Our tutors will then correct your answer with their teaching points/correct solutions. |

Our tutors will strive to answer your questions within the day. However, depending on the nature of the question, as well as the demand and supply of tutors at any specific point in time, sometimes this may not always be possible. Our tutors, however, will strive to answer all your questions within the shortest time possible. |
