| Objectives |
| The objectives of iDiscipulus Private Limited’s ("iDiscipulus") Tutor’s Code of Conduct (the "Code of Conduct") are: |

To ensure that registered users/members (who are students and/or parents or guardians of students) ("Students") are provided with the best possible "ASK-A-TUTOR 24/7"
service through the facility provided on www.idiscipulus.com (the "Site") by registered users/members (who are tutors) ("Tutors").

| (2) |
To provide guidance to Tutors for the implementation of best practices in the delivery of their services through the facility provided on the Site. |
| (3) |
To ensure Tutors conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism, and act in an ethical manner and with proper care, in all dealings with Students and fellow Tutors and in the delivery of their services through the facility provided on the Site. |
| Applicability |
| The Code of Conduct is applicable to all Tutors who by becoming registered users/members of the Site agree to be bound by the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct aims to supplement any laws, regulations and guidelines issued by the relevant authorities that may be applicable to the Tutors, but it does not have the force of law and should not be interpreted in a way that would override such laws, regulations and guidelines. |
| Commitment |
| Every Tutor shall: |

Demonstrate a belief that all Students can learn. |
| (2) |
Treat every Student and fellow Tutor fairly and with mutual respect and courtesy. |
| (3) |
Promote a safe and positive learning environment. |
| (4) |
Be responsible, accountable and a good adult role model. |
| (5) |
Behave with integrity and exhibit a caring, compassionate, honest and professional attitude. |
| (6) |
Act with competence and strive to maintain and improve his or her competence. |
| (7) |
Maintain and respect confidentiality and privacy. |
| (8) |
Make diligent efforts to maintain knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, guidelines and professional ethics, standards and best practices. |
| General Conduct |
| Tutors must conduct themselves at all times in a manner appropriate for the children and young people who visit the Site, and behave in a professional manner and not leave themselves open to criticism by any member of the public. |
| Behaviour and Interaction with Students and Fellow Tutors |
| Tutors have a responsibility to treat any person with whom they may have contact, with courtesy, respect and sensitivity. Tutors should be cooperative and supportive of each other, with the aim of enhancing the usefulness of the "ASK-A-TUTOR 24/7" service for the benefit of all Tutors and Students alike. |
| Tutors are in a position of trust with Students and must ensure that any dealings with Students are maintained on a strictly professional basis without compromising their professional judgements. |
| Qualifications |
| Each Tutor must ensure that he or she is trained, well-versed and up-to-date in the subject in respect of which his or her services are being provided. Each Tutor must use his or her teaching skills to the best of his or her ability to help Students improve in their chosen subjects under the "ASK-A-TUTOR 24/7" service. |
| Delivery of Services |
| Tutors must strive to attain optimal efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness in the provision of their services. Tutors must at all times exercise fair judgement and reason in any price assessments with the aim of providing services for good value. |
| Conflict of Interest |
| Tutors must avoid situations where their personal or financial interests may reasonably be thought to conflict with their professional duties or other obligations. Tutors are encouraged to pay particular attention to areas of potential conflicts of interests so as not to open themselves to criticism by any member of the public. |
| Gifts and Benefits |
| Tutors must not seek or accept any gifts or favours for services performed. |
| Plagiarism |
| Tutors must not engage in any form of plagiarism. |
| Confidentiality |
| Tutors must respect the privacy and confidentiality rights of Students and have regard to the Privacy Policy of the Site. Tutors must also comply at all times with their confidentiality obligations under the terms and conditions for the use of the Site. |
| Complaints |
| Complaints regarding any Tutor will be treated seriously and respectfully. |
| Sanctions |
| Where iDiscipulus in its sole and absolute discretion determines that a Tutor is not complying with the Code of Conduct, it may (i) issue warnings or censures to such Tutor; (ii) suspend for a specific time period such Tutor’s membership on the Site; or (iii) cancel or terminate such Tutor’s membership on the Site. |
| Administration |
| This Code of Conduct shall be administered by iDiscipulus. |
